Rules
Follow the rules and guidelines to
ensure the class is an enjoyable and educational experience.
As it
is the part of WTF Taekwondo, All Nepal Taekwondo Academy follows rules
and regulations of World Taekwondo Federation and Kukkiwon Taekwondo
Academy.
Basic rules &
guidelines to local Taekwondo practitioners
-
All
new comers must register their name to centre through
concern dojangs/schools/colleges filling the specified
form designed by All Nepal Taekwondo Academy
-
Registration of name doesn't ensure of insurance and
other liabilities if any accident on training/tournament
or any taekwondo activities
-
Students should clear due fee and other charges if any
on time.

Order
Taekwondo uniform through your teacher/instructor.
-
Students must respond to teacher with a positive
attitude.
-
Students must respect to seniors at class and on any
taekwondo activities.
-
Students will not be considered for promotion tests,
seminars and competition who neglect to train regularly
and absent on class without informing their teachers.

All
Taekwondo practitioners who display inadequate respect,
efforts and behaviors to their teachers, misbehave to
juniors/counterpart, misuse of Taekwondo can be excluded
not only from training, excluded from all activities of
association on a temporary or permanent basis.

Guidelines for students to help avoid
injuries on training
-
Always wear Taekwondo uniform (Dobok) according to your
size and length.
- Ring,
bangle, watch and other ornaments that can injure you
and others should be removed.
- Long
hair should be tied back.

Students who are physically unfit by any reason should
tell teachers honestly.
- Do
not eat before 30 minutes of training time.
- Do
not drink before 15 minutes of training time.

Do not chew gum or anything else
while training.

Guidelines for Instructors/teachers
-
Check
carefully whether the students are wearing such things
that can injure themselves and other.

Check
before on start of class specially to children whether
they are eating or chewing something on mouth.
-
Take
care about fitness of students while training, they may
hide their problem to you.

Aware
from any unnatural characteristic displayed by students
because of their mental or physical problem while
training.
-
Give
first priority of safety to all students.
-
Respective teacher or instructor should take immediate
action of giving first aid and carry to hospital or call
the guardians if any accident or injuries that can not
handle on spot.
